 Bi-Line was established in 1996, and since then has become one of the IT industry leaders. The company has two main operating segments: hardware and systems integration and software development. Bi-Line is a distributor, dealer and service provider for a number of leading computer equipment and systems manufacturers including Alcatel, APC, Canon, Cisco, IBM, HP, Oracle, and Siemens. Bi-Line clients are Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Sate Revenue of Armenia, UNICEF, USDA, the World Bank, Marriott, the Central Bank of Armenia, a number of major banks and manufacturing companies in Armenia. Bi-Line offers complex turn-key solutions with prior and post integration consultations and training services. The list of projects delivered by the company include: Data, Phone and Power Supply network system, Accounting, Warehouse, and Sales complex software system, Drivers License system for the Armenia’s main drivers license facility. The company’s software segment specializes in multimedia applications, web design, and custom software development. In 2002, Bi-Line finished the development of the animated Armenian Fairy Tales multimedia CD in 3 languages. The production of this CD was done in cooperation with a French partner TransTech International. In 2001, we designed and developed a statistical application by the request of the US based Numetrics Management Systems Inc. The software was intended for statistical and mathematical modeling and simulations used in chip design. Currently, Bi-Line is developing a proprietary 3D engine for computer games and a new methodology and software tool to be used in the simulation, verification and testing of integrated circuits on the Gate-Gate level.
