AVC balance LTD was founded in August 2000. Our main field of activity is development and implementation of software for energetic, heat supply, water supply and sewerage systems as well as installation of accounting systems. In this area the Company renders exclusive complex, harmonious and interconnected services. Our staff includes project managers, analysts, designers, computer programmers, testing engineers, technical writers, network and system administrators, accountants, economists, lawyers, whose experience in different spheres is a reliable guarantee for putting into execution our offers completely and duly. It should be mentioned that the specialists who have taken part from 1996 to 1999 in the improvement works of the installation of accounting systems in the Energetic System of the Republic of Armenia collaborate with our Company nowadays, and that the Company’s founder - director Mr. Mels Petrosyan has worked as a Deputy Minister of the Department of Energy and has controlled the realization of these works (creation of the subscribers database, sales activity of subscribers department, losses and balances in different levels). Since January 2001 the Company has started the development of Billing Software - AVC Water for Armenian Water Sewerage Company (AWSC). The Software was installed in AWSC in December 2001. Later, from 2002 to 2004 regarding the legislative, constructive and accounting matters concerning AWSC the Software has been improved periodically and installed both in the Branches and in the Head Office of AWSC. Now the Software is also installed in Shirak Water Sewerage Company and Lori Water Sewerage Company. We also deal with Armenian-Russian Gas Industry Company, All-Armenian Fund Hayastan, State Procurement Agency under Government of RA, and The State Committee of the Real Property Cadastre of Government of RA. The Company also collaborates as a consultant and installer with Companies developing accounting programs. From 2002 to 2005 the Company has been represented as the only official partner of Antivirus Center Company of Moscow (Russia) in the Republic of Armenia (with the patent distribution of Antivirus Kaspersky). The collaboration is expected to be continued this year too.
